Our Process

At Paper & Posh we believe that every couple has a story to tell. For all custom wedding invitation clients, we begin with a complimentary one-hour, in-person design session at our studio in Media, PA.

Your Session Includes

  • Getting to know you as a couple
  • Discussing your vision, ideas, and budget
  • Sharing our portfolio of wedding invitations and paper and ink samples
  • Creating your custom design
  • Supplying a price estimate for the design
  • Providing expert advice on invitation wording and etiquette
  • Establishing a timeline for sending out your invitations

After your Consultation

  • Provide a digital proof of your invitation within 1 week
  • Make necessary changes to the proof
  • Arrange for services
    • Calligraphy/guest addressing on envelopes
    • Assembly and mailing
  • Arrange for the timely delivery of your order
  • Conduct a follow-up meeting to go over each piece of your order
